3 Tips On Writing An Autoresponder Series

Have you heard the term. "The money is in the list". The truth is, many successful marketers make their money off of their list. Every single email is worth 1USD per month as they say. The key, however, is how you communicate and create a bonding with your mailing list. That communication could be in the form of autoresponder series you set up.

The first thing you need to figure out is why people join your mailing list. They joined it for a sole purpose. That is to get more information on your products or services. Knowing what to write in the autoresponder series would have a huge impact on your conversion of the list later. Do take note of the following tips.

Tip 1
The subscribers are looking for content and not a sales pitch. You have to make sure that the majority of emails that go out to your list are NOT sales pitches but real content. As you gain their trust, they will eventually become buyers of your products or services.

Tip 2
On average, it takes people an average of seven times, according to statistics, before they ultimately become buyers. So, you have to make sure that your autoresponder series runs long enough to make the sale. A good autoresponder series would be in the region of around 10-12 emails.

Tip 3
You want to make sure you do not over send your list members too much stuff. One email every 3-4 days would be the recommended optimum. There will be members who will become quite annoyed to find an email from you everyday. On the other hand, if you email them only once a month, they will forget who you are and why they even subscribed to your newsletter in the first place.
