You would rather they NOT make a decision today, because tonight they will read an email you sent them after they visited your site, and they will go back to your web site because you tell them to in the email. You really like the competition – you know that only about 1% of people buy on that first pass anyway – so if you are building a list, you can keep hitting them up for a long time after the other 99 have decided to quit surfing and go without today.
